This study comprehensively investigates the characteristics of four bacterial strains: Azospirillum baldaniorum Sp245, Azotobacter chroococcum B-2375, Bacillus thuringiensis B-2452, and Bacillus megaterium subsp. terra. We aim to elucidate their distinct properties, including growth requirements, metabolic activities, and potential applications in various fields. The research focuses on a comparative assessment of the strains, highlighting their strengths and weaknesses in areas such as agricultural productivity, environmental remediation, and biotechnological advancements.
