This research project delves into the emerging landscape of 6G policy initiatives and the key drivers behind its development in Cameroon. It aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the current regulatory framework, assess the technological readiness of the nation, and identify potential challenges and opportunities associated with the implementation of 6G technology. The study will explore various facets, including spectrum allocation, infrastructure development, cybersecurity considerations, and the socio-economic impacts of 6G. Furthermore, the project will examine the perspectives of key stakeholders, such as government agencies, telecommunications operators, technology providers, and end-users, to gain a holistic understanding of the 6G ecosystem in Cameroon. This research will also investigate the potential for public-private partnerships, international collaborations, and the role of innovation hubs in fostering 6G development. The ultimate goal is to offer actionable recommendations for policymakers and industry stakeholders to ensure a successful and sustainable transition to 6G, promoting economic growth and digital inclusion within the country. The research methodology will involve a combination of literature review, stakeholder interviews, policy analysis, and data analysis to provide a well-rounded perspective.
