The PI is also the primary contact for stakeholders and is responsible for representing the project’s findings at conferences and in publications. Also responsible for the ethical conduct of the research and ensuring all relevant ethical approvals are obtained and followed. The Principal Investigator is also responsible for supervision of research assistants.

The Research Assistant (RA) will support the Principal Investigator in various research tasks, contributing to the project's data collection, analysis, and report writing. Responsibilities of the RA involve the conducting of literature reviews, drafting interview questionnaires, and collecting data through primary and secondary sources. The RA helps to analyze the collected data by using appropriate statistical and qualitative methods, assists in writing research reports, and prepares presentations for dissemination of the findings. The RA also supports the logistical organization of project meetings and events. They must adhere to research protocols and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. The RA will be responsible for summarizing the data and the current state of the issues.

Responsible for managing and analyzing the collected data, the Data Analyst plays a critical role in the project. The Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring data integrity, performing statistical analyses, and interpreting the research findings. They work on the design of data collection tools, clean and organize raw data, and apply appropriate analytical techniques. They must create compelling data visualizations and reports that effectively communicate the key insights. The Data Analyst works closely with the Principal Investigator and Research Assistant to validate the findings. The ultimate tasks are to provide the necessary data and provide a detailed analysis of the collected information.

The Policy Advisor will provide expert guidance on policy and regulatory matters related to 6G development in Cameroon, offering strategic insights to inform the research and its conclusions. Responsibilities include evaluating the existing regulatory environment, especially the current and draft policies, identifying policy gaps, and recommending tailored policy solutions. They also remain informed of the national, regional, and international best practices in telecommunications and provide advice on policy recommendations. The Policy Advisor assists in the production of data and other details and the preparation of policy briefs based on research outcomes.
