This research project delves into the strategic establishment, operational frameworks, and multifaceted impact of the TalentP'x Global Talent Association. It involves a detailed analysis of the Association's objectives, target audience, and the innovative approaches employed to fulfill its mission. The study investigates the Association's organizational structure, governance mechanisms, and the key performance indicators (KPIs) utilized to assess its effectiveness.
