The study explores the organizational structure, strategic objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) necessary to ensure the association's success in attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier global talent. It delves into the legal, ethical, and practical considerations involved in establishing a global talent network, including compliance with international labor laws, data privacy regulations, and cultural sensitivity. Furthermore, the project examines the role of technology, such as AI-driven talent platforms and virtual collaboration tools, in facilitating efficient talent matching, performance management, and career development within the association. The research synthesizes existing literature on talent management, international business, and organizational behavior to create a comprehensive analysis of the challenges and opportunities associated with establishing a global talent association. The project will provide actionable recommendations for organizations aiming to foster global talent pools. The methodological approach will include a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, case studies, and expert interviews, as well as a review of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, ensuring the project's practicality and impact for stakeholders.
