They will also assist with the preparation of presentations and preparing the structure of the final report. The Data Analyst will be in charge of the collection, processing, and statistical analysis of data gathered for the research project. This includes selecting the appropriate statistical methods, processing and interpreting data, and creating charts, tables, and visual representations of the results to draw meaningful conclusions. The Data Analyst will need to have a strong understanding of statistical software, data management techniques, and research methodology. It is expected that the Data Analyst will assist in the preparation of research findings and contribute to the drafting of the final report, helping to interpret the data for context and understanding. They will be in charge of the quality control of the data during processing.
The Expert Consultant will have the responsibility of providing domain-specific insights and guidance throughout the research project, bringing their in-depth knowledge and an understanding of the intricacies of sports. They will offer advice on the project's methodology, interpretation of findings, and the direction of the research. In addition, the Expert Consultant will assist with critical peer-review, including giving feedback on drafts of the final report, presentations, and other deliverables. It is essential that the Expert Consultant will maintain up-to-date knowledge on the subject matter, and share with team members the most recent scientific and practical advances in the domain.
