Research Assistants (RAs) will support the PI in various research tasks, like literature searches, data collection, and analysis. They will also assist with data entry, data cleaning, and the preparation of tables, charts, and other visual aids. RAs will contribute to writing reports and preparing presentations under the supervision of the PI. They will need a strong understanding of research methodologies and the ability to work independently. They help analyze the collected data and assist in creating the final project report. Another responsibility is conducting literature searches and summarizing research papers relevant to the project, under supervision of the PI.
The Data Analyst will be in charge of a comprehensive data analysis. The key objective will be to statistically analyze the collected data to identify meaningful trends and relationships. This individual will create datasets and other supplementary resources to assist in data interpretation. Additionally, this position involves participating in the writing of research proposals and grant applications. They will need strong skills in statistics and data analysis, and the ability to work with and interpret large datasets to assist the PI.
The Project Manager will manage the coordination of the project and ensure it is on schedule. This individual will create detailed project plans in alignment with the PI’s ideas. They will handle resource allocation, progress monitoring, and risk management. The project manager will be responsible for communication, reporting progress to stakeholders, and organizing meetings. The project manager's work is crucial for maintaining deadlines, organizing project tasks, and supporting the research team to complete the project.
