This subsection is dedicated to the stages of formation and development of small groups, from the first meetings to mature teams. Various models are considered, such as Tuckman’s model of group development stages (forming, storming, norming, performing, adjourning). The influence of various factors, such as group goals, the personal characteristics of the participants, and external conditions, on the process of group formation and dynamics are analyzed. Understanding these stages is necessary for effective management and adaptation of leadership strategies.
