The introduction establishes the framework for exploring the concept of post-economic civilization. It outlines the research's objectives, the key questions it addresses, and the methodology employed. The introduction provides an overview of the global challenges, such as climate change, which emphasize the need to study the potential of transitions beyond economic constraints of the current models. It sets the stage for the subsequent theoretical and practical investigations. It presents the structure of the paper and the rationale behind each section.

This section examines the theoretical foundations underpinning the concept of a post-economic civilization, starting with an analysis of the key limitations of traditional economic models, the issues of growth, and its environmental and social consequences. The work highlights alternative economic paradigms such as a steady-state economy. This section critically assesses the relevance of these theories to the transition towards post-economic societies, with their focus on sustainability.

This subsection carefully examines key issues with mainstream economic models, such as their overreliance on growth. It analyzes the environmental and social consequences of these limitations, including resource depletion and inequitable distribution of wealth. It discusses the necessity for alternative economic models to address these crucial issues and build a more sustainable world. This detailed analysis sets the stage for envisioning post-economic solutions.
