Students will be able to effectively describe key tourist attractions in Belarus and conduct a simplified guided tour in English, using appropriate vocabulary and grammatical structures learned during the lesson. They will demonstrate improved confidence and fluency in spoken English when discussing familiar locations.
Interactive whiteboard or projector, computer with internet access, images/videos of Belarusian tourist sites, worksheets with vocabulary and phrases, markers or pens.
At the end of the lesson, students will participate in a brief Q&A session, sharing what they learned, what they found most challenging, and what they enjoyed most about the guided tour simulation.
Students are assigned to research one additional Belarusian landmark not covered in class and prepare a short (3-5 sentence) description of it to share in the next lesson.
