This section of the study will analyze the various threats to Madagascar's biodiversity, including habitat destruction, deforestation, and conversion of land for agriculture, logging, mining, and urbanization. Climate change's impact on species and ecosystem dynamics will be discussed, including changes in temperature, rainfall patterns, and sea levels, and the effects on species distributions and survival. The role of overexploitation, including illegal wildlife trade, hunting, and overfishing, will be discussed, as well as the effects of the introduction of invasive species. The section will also look at the impacts of human activities on Madagascar’s biodiversity, including pollution, habitat fragmentation, and the impacts on the ecosystems through agriculture and industrialization. The section will discuss the need for addressing environmental issues and suggest solutions to address the negative impact the threats have on biodiversity in Madagascar.
